Terms of Service

Template — not legal advice. This is placeholder content to get you started. Have a qualified lawyer in Georgia review and finalize it before you rely on it.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms govern your use of the Next Orbit website and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our services.
2. Who we are
Next Orbit is a web design and development studio based in Georgia. You can reach us at hello@nextorbit.studio.
3. Our services
We design, build and maintain websites and related digital products. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are agreed in a separate written proposal or order. That proposal, together with these Terms, forms our agreement.
4. Quotes, orders & payment
- Package prices shown on the site are starting points; your final quote depends on scope and is confirmed in writing.
- Prices are in Euros (€) unless agreed otherwise. We may invoice a deposit before work begins and the balance on or before delivery.
- The website does not take payments. Requesting a quote emails us your selection so we can reply — it doesn’t charge a card or create a binding contract. A project starts only once we’ve agreed scope and terms in writing.
5. Revisions & changes
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope (new pages, features or major direction changes) is quoted separately before we proceed.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, brand assets, access and feedback in a timely way.
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you give us (text, images, logos, fonts).
- Keep any account credentials we share with you secure.
7. Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final, custom deliverables transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, components and know-how, and of any third-party assets, which remain under their own licenses. Unless you ask us not to, we may display the finished work in our portfolio and case studies.
8. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services (for example Vercel for hosting or Stripe for payments). Those services have their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
We deliver our services with professional care and skill. Beyond the scope expressly agreed, the website and our services are provided “as is” without further warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Cancellation & refunds
Either party may cancel a project in writing. If you cancel, you pay for work completed up to that point; deposits cover work already performed and are non-refundable except where required by law. Consumer rights you may have under Georgian law are unaffected.
12. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the project, and we expect the same of you regarding our proposals and methods.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We’ll try to resolve any dispute amicably first; if we can’t, it will be subject to the competent courts of Georgia.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version; the version in force for your project is the one referenced in your proposal.
